Schedule adjusted on China Compulsory Certification Exemption

20 March, SAMR and GAC (The General Administration of Customs) issued jointly the adjusted schedule on China Compulsory Certification (CCC) exemption. SAMR is responsible for the organization, implementation and supervision of the CCC system; GAC is responsible for the verification of imported products involving CCC. SAMR and GAC shall establish a networked verification, notification and cooperation mechanism. Before March 31, 2019, the local Customs shall continue to issue certificates exempting from according to the work functions before the reform institutions.
