In June 2018, “Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Promoting the Revitalization of the Dairy Industry and Guaranteeing the Quality and Safety of Dairy Products” made a comprehensive deployment of the construction of milk source base, the circulation of dairy products, the supervision of the quality and safety of dairy products and the guidance of consumers.
