On January 17, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the newly revised Regulations on the Administration of Radio Transmitting Equipment, which defined radio transmitting equipment and came into force on July 1, 2023. Specify the conditions, materials, licensing procedures and the contents to be specified in the model approval certificate. The time limit for approval is 15 working days.
