Optimization for Radio Transmitter Type Approval-Dec.2019 Measures on filing for record of Radio equipment sales (Trial) ,MIIT, Dec.2018 On 26th December, 2018, MIIT issued measures on filing for record of Radio equipment sales (Trial), which shall come into force from 1st March, 2019. State radio regulation of China take responsibility of ful, integrated inspection and supervision on filing for record and setups nationwide platform online. Provincial level (and same level) bureaus carry out detailed implementing management. All equipment filing shall be delivered for record to the platform in 10 days after the beginning of sales. The filing includes: Business entity information concerning registration, name and contact;Equipment information comprising manufacturer, type, type approval code and etc. Radio equipment is defined by the chapter 44 of “Radio Regulation of China” 2016 Table 7 Radio Regulation-revision 2016, State Council This Regulation shall apply to the use of radio frequencies, the setup and use of radio stations, the development, production, import, sale and maintenance of radio transmission equipment, and the use of non-radio equipment which radiates radio wave within China Implementatin rules of Regulation on Imported Radio-1996, SRRC
