Institution & Functions CNCA (Certification and Accreditation Administration of China) CNCA is the agency authorized by the State Council taking responsibility of unified administration of national accreditation and certification. CNCA is now merged into SAMR as two departments otherwise holds the name of CNCA and takes the same duty and responsibility after the institutional reform 2018.
