According to adjustment of China compulsory certification (“CCC”) catalogue and implementation issued jointly by SMAR and CNCA on 15th June, 2018, Annex 3 of “Self-declaration Implementation Rules for CCC Products”-CNCA-00C-008: 2018 is translated:   Foreword Self-declaration is defined as a conformity assessment method consisting of type test, information delivery and self-declaration documents in accordance with procedure A or B attached below. Related parts refer probably to manufacturers, authentic representatives, producers, importers, distributors and business users etc. Products applying to self-declaration could be sold, imported and used only after conformity assessment, information delivery and report to authority and tag of “CCC” Scope This implementation rule cover related definitions, self-declaration procedures & requirements, information delivery, tag of “CCC”, optional laboratory, post market supervision and stakeholders’ duties and responsibilities.
