China repeals measures for integrated circuit design enterprises

On March 11, the Ministry of industry and information technology decided to abolish the measures for the administration of the identification of integrated circuit design enterprises (MIIT Lian electronic [2013] No. 487). According to the original measures: The IC design enterprise applying for recognition must meet the relevant provisions and conditions of CS [2012] No. 27 .
