13 categories of production license shall be substituted by CCC

On August 28, the Standing Meeting of the State Council decided to cancel the production licenses for 13 categories of products, such as internal combustion engines and automobile brake fluids, and convert the licenses into China Compulsory Certification-CCC management for products involved in safety, health and environmental protection.
