On January 2nd, the Ministry of Commerce issued a list of 43 types of imported and exported goods that will be subject to license management in 2024, effective from January 1st Cerium and cerium alloys (particles<500 microns), tungsten and tungsten alloys (particles<500 microns), zirconium, beryllium, germanium, and gallium are exempt from applying for an export license, but they need to apply for a dual-use item and technology export license.
