The Measures stipulate the application and registration procedures, labels and instructions, supervision and management, legal responsibilities, etc. for enterprises that plan to produce, sell and import infant formula milk powder in China. Clarify the circumstances and requirements for on-site verification, and emphasize that on-site verification requires the sampling of dynamically produced samples for inspection.
