On July 13, the Cyberspace Administration of China, together with the National Development and Reform Commission, issued the Interim Measures for the Management of Generative AI Services, which will take effect on August 15, 2023. It involves the use of generative AI technology (“AIGC” technology) to provide the public in the China with services that generate text, pictures, audio, video and other content. The provision and use of generative artificial intelligence services should comply with laws, administrative regulations, and respect relevant regulations such as social morality and ethical ethics
