On May 22, the State Administration of market regulation promulgated the regulations on the administration of vehicle emission recall, which is jointly managed by the Ministry of ecological environment and will come into force on July 1, 2021. The regulations are applicable to the recall scope of environmental protection stipulated in the air pollution prevention and control law, including motor vehicles and non road mobile machinery.
