On September 11, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange (SAFE) issued a letter canceling the investment quota restrictions for qualified foreign investors (QFII/RQFII), and abolishing the restrictions of pilot countries and regions for qualified foreign institutional investors (RQFII) of RMB to expand the opening of financial markets.
